Love the Broads now has around 80 business partners who help us care for the Broads in many different ways. We are always looking to recruit more business partners so that the scheme can grow and the benefits to the Broads can be felt ever more widely. There is no cost to be involved but there are significant marketing benefits including a website/facebook link, inclusion in social media campaigns and much more.

Visit the Broads – for Business
Visit the Broads is the official destination management organisation (DMO) for the Broads National Park. Love the Broads collaborates closely with this important membership organisation which works to benefit tourism businesses and showcase the vast tourism and leisure opportunities in the area. Many Members of Visit the Broads (DMO) are also business supporters of Love the Broads and they and their fantastic customers are helping Love the Broads to keep the Broads special. Big Shop & Womack
The Big Shop at Womack is a popular destination shop selling essentials, gifts, ice creams, snacks, fishing tackle, bait, and much more, including Love the Broads merchandise.
There is also one overnight mooring for visiting craft and they also have pump out facilities. We are grateful to Steve Burgess and his team for donating from each pump out to Love the Broads. Where there’s muck there’s brass!
Bure Valley Cycle Hire
We are delighted to have joined Love The Broads as a Business Partner. We love living and working in such a beautiful area, and believe that everyone should get the chance to enjoy the Broads National Park. But we have a responsibility to try and keep our business impact as sustainable as possible. By asking our customers to make a voluntary donation to their booking, they will be helping fund vital projects keeping the Broads enjoyable and accessible for future generations too.

The Hungry Otter, Salhouse Broad
We are delighted to welcome Helen Williams and the Hungry Otter as one of Love the Broad’s prime business supporters.
The Hungry Otter pop-up café has opened on Salhouse Broad, and sits at the top of a hill overlooking the scenery. On offer is barista coffee, a variety of teas, cakes, cookies, sandwiches and ice creams.
Founder Helen Williams set up the Cafe after 20 years teaching at the local Paston College. Helen said “I am thrilled to have an opportunity to help the Broads remain special now and into the future. My customers visit Salhouse Broad for its fantastic environment, wildlife and leisure and this gives them the opportunity too to put a little back to a place that they love.
A voluntary donation of 10p on the sale of ice creams and cookies is contributed by customers which helps to fund grants for amazing projects on the Broads.

Oliver’s Sailing Holidays
Oliver’s Sailing Holidays are a small, family owned, sailing holiday company located at the peaceful and secluded hamlet of Martham Ferry. Burnt Fen Alpacas
Burnt Fen Alpacas is a working alpaca farm situated near Horning. As well as being able to enjoy time with the alpacas ambling around Burnt Fen Broad, visitors can book a days felting course in Kurt – a Mongolian Yurt. Ann Nickerson is a spinner, felter and weaver of alpaca fibre and is passionate about her alpacas and working with their wonderful fibre. (more…)
