Thank you – The Hungry Otter

Another massive thank you to The Hungry Otter overlooking the beautiful Salhouse Broad for their fantastic support and to their fabulous customers that have kindly donated to Love the Broads in 2023.  An amazing £600 raised by Helen, Chris and their customers.

The Hungry Otter raises donations by selling Love the Broads wildlife badges.  They also add a small voluntary donation of 10p onto ice creams and cookies and sell second hand books with donations being collected for our charity.

Helen says “I became a Love the Broads partner in order to give something back to the wonderful area I am lucky enough to work in and the charity is focussed on providing services and enhancing the visitor experience for those visiting and living in the Broads. I also feel that all businesses, whether large or small, should try to do what they can for our local areas.  Every little bit helps and we would all be so much better off if everyone helped. I can’t lie, it makes me feel good about myself and the business to be helping a local charity!”

What a difference a small business can make to help our wonderful environment in the Broads National Park.  We are very grateful.
